Too Many Fad Diets

You see, I do understand.

I hate diets!Like you, I have tried every fad diet from the grapefruit and cottage cheese diet to the cabbage soup diet, to the secret, celebrity diets that are all over the place.

My closet had “fat” clothes (yes, I could have said “full-figure” or “husky”, but you and I both know they mean the same thing) and “someday” clothes (you know, someday I’m going to fit into these jeans). I knew how to count calories, fat grams and tormented myself with starvation and unhealthy, portion control.

Every piece you struggle with, I have lived.

So because I have lived this process myself, and because I have shared the process with so many people just like you, I have a great deal of compassion for how hard this is to do.

In fact, I think that it’s almost impossible to do it alone; which is why I became a lifestyle coach and fitness trainer, to share my knowledge and experience, to help others escape the frustrating and powerless feeling of falling into the “quicksand” of diet and weight loss hype.
